I’m Kaela, founder of STUDIOKVA. I help women-led service businesses build the systems behind the scenes so every task, question and decision doesn’t have to come back to the founder. From workflows and client processes to the tools that keep everything connected, I give the work a clear structure that supports the business as it grows.
I’ve spent six years as an entrepreneur, with a background in marketing, branding, influencer marketing and agency account management. That experience has shown me both sides of the work: what clients see and what needs to happen behind the scenes to deliver it well. My favourite part is taking a founder’s big ideas and turning them into clear, practical steps, with the systems to help you and your team follow through.
